Off to Guadalajara tomorrow

So, off we fly!  Office Kat and I will be waiting for the shuttle in the cold and frost at 5 AM!  By 5 PM, we will be in Guadalajara, shedding our layers of warm clothes and ready for our work day to begin!

First on our agenda after we land on November 29th?  An interview with YA Divergent! Watch for that to pop up on the internet.

Next up?  A coffee chat at Sanborn’s Café! I think I’ll be doing a signing afterward, but details are hazy. I’m sure if you live in Guadalajara, you can find us.  (I hope!)

The following day, November 30, is all interviews, all day!  I fear I will not be meeting any readers that day!

But, on December 1st, you will find me at the American College from 9 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon, presenting Las leyes de mar to students.

From 16:30 to 17:30 (that’s 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM for some of us!) I’d be doing a signing with Amazon.  I do believe that’s a symbolic Kindle signing, at the Guadalajara Plaza Hotel.

Then from 18:00 to 18:50 (6 to 6:50 PM) at FIL I will do a presentation on Las leyes del mar, with Sofia Segovia and Paco Ignacio Taibo II at Salon Elias Nandino.

Later that evening, Kat and I are looking forward to having dinner with clients from Central and South America!

Then our brief visit comes to a close as we fly home on December 2nd. Quite a whirlwind visit.

But (as they say on television!) that’s not all!  On December 4, join Guy Gavriel Kay and me on Reddit Fantasy for an Ask Me Anything session.  Think of some good questions for us please, not ‘where do you get your ideas?’ Ask us things you can’t find on our respective websites!

Oh, and for Italian readers?  I will be answering your questions as well. Think of some great ones and get them to me.  I love my Italian readers (Blood Memories, I ‘m looking through my screen at your smiling faces as I type this!)  This will be fun.

And now I’m off to do all those extra chores one does before leaving home for a few days.
