I had not come across Janet Evanovich's wonderful Stephanie Plumb until I read about her on your blog. I picked up a copy of One for the Money and loved it. Thanks for mentioning it!

What do you think of "Good Omens"? I can never decide whether to read it or not - as I love Neil Gaiman books (American Gods and Neverwhere particulary) , but can't stand Terry Pratchett (just too silly). So a Neil Gaiman Terry Pratchett novel leaves me with a quandary. I suppose I should give it a go and see what happens.

NOX, thank you!

I have your framed note up on my office wall now. It's good to have things you see daily that give you that positive kick.

On the opposite wall is the framed ORIGINAL art by Jackie Morris for Dragon Keeper! I thought you'd like to know the sort of company you are in!

Thank you again.

Hello, Mrs. Hobb,
sorry if this isn't the correct place to wrtite you, but i can't find another way.
I don't know if you remember me (i hope yes), but when you come to Florence, I gave you the framed THANK from the NOX association. Well, we're so excited you talked so kindly about us on your blog, that we shared some money and increased our mini-library. Here a photo, if you like it. Thank you yet again for your kindness!

Oooh, Good Omens is sitting in my bookshelf at the moment, waiting for me. (Care of minut’d'automne who comments here, she sent me 2 boxes of books. I'm still excited)

I read and loved The Lovely Bones and The Time Travellers Wife - The Time Travellers Wife had me stuck in their world for a good few days after I finished it, I say that's generally a mark of a good book. Fitz however, you had me dreaming Fitz the entire time I was reading and for a while after too.

I'm half way through One Hundred Years of Solitude and maybe I'm just distracted, but it hasn't drawn me in like I hoped it would. I'll finish it and who knows, it might have got me by the end.
