I have read both of the rain wild books, can’t wait to read the next book.

as a map though, could you not include the one that Leftrin the captain was supposedly making, as that could be draw with any quality and only shows the area that is mentioned in the book.

and is the sequel the book that you mention in the FAQ, and you hope to have it out in 2012?

Hi Emily and Phil,

My drawing abilities are very limited! So, the maps you see in the book are the interpretations that artists have made from my very rough sketches.

As the Rain Wild River is largely uncharted, well, there are no charts!

And bear in mind the Verity’s map, that appears in the front of the Farseer books, was unfinished, and that he had to rely on hearsay and other people’s data for the areas that lay beyond his personal experience!

Am an old fan and have read all of the RH trilogies.

Just purchased DRAGON KEEPER and DRAGON HAVEN from my favorite bookstore in San Diego, Mysterious Galaxy. It so happened that soon after, I was struck down by a bad flu/cold/whatever and so I have been holed up at home in quarantine, and devouring the dragon stories.

Thank you for creating an extension of the intensely addictive Rain Wilds tales. Immersing in these vivid otherworlds makes me completely forget how rotten I feel.

Your books are good medicine!

I too am glad that is cleared up. I shall look forward to it all the more knowing it is coming. Ever since I first picked up my first Liveship Trader book I was always looking for the next one.
Commonly, your books have always contained maps. I love maps, and enjoyed as much what wasn’t on them as was. The imagination and the story would help me X the spot if I really felt I must know.
Therefore, the only ‘disappointment’ I felt with the Rain Wilds Chronicles so far, was that there were no maps! I know that previous books have ones that would suffice, but I am hoping that there will be one yet?

I’m sorry but this post is confusing…will there be or will there NOT be a DIRECT SEQUEL to Dragon Haven?

I’m dying to know. I just read this is the mall the other day and I’m completely in love with this universe you’ve created. I love the characters (especially Thymara and Sedric). I love all the dragons (even Kalo).

I really hope that you’re working on more novels set within the Rain Wilds universe. Specifically I hope that there are more stories about this group of characters and their dragons.

So you could just clarify for me. Is Dragon Have the last book in this series or will there be more adventures about Thymara, Sintara, and the rest?
